Born in Cornwall, Ontario, Susan has lived in Outlook, Saskatchewan since 1983. Susan and her husband moved to Saskatchewan to provide a rural upbringing for their children. The isolation from her roots and a newborn baby, soon led Susan to suffer from ‘cabin fever’. Her husband suggested taking a pottery class and she has never looked back.
A practicing artist for 25 years, Susan has been concentrating on pottery for over 15 years. After graduating from Applied Fine Arts - Ceramics at the Saskatchewan Institute of Applied Science and Technology in 1995, Susan has gone on to receive International acclaim through exhibitions and scholarships. |
