Dominique Hurley's artwork honours the dance of Spirit within Nature and within the Self - energies which interact, illuminate, transform, move, and lead to reflection. Her pieces often merge acrylic paints and mediums with various techniques of photographic image reproduction.
Dominique has traveled the world exploring and expressing her love of beauty and the beauty of love. She does this through painting, photography, writing, teaching, and simple living. She has two certificates in professional photography (NY, BC) and a Certificate of Art & Design from the University of Saskatchewan. Since 1988, her work has been featured in many solo and group exhibitions. Dominique is a juried member of the Saskatchewan Craft Council in both Photography and Visual Arts. After 5 wonderfully creative years in Saskatoon, she moved to Newfoundland in June 2011. |
