Debbie Barlow is a full time custom long arm quilter and makes innovative art quilts and traditional pieced quilts. Barlow utilizes traditional techniques such as appliqué and trapunto to create vibrant and dimensional contemporary art quilts. Her work has been displayed throughout Canada and the USA, including The International Quilt Festival in Houston, TX and the 2009 Saskatchewan Craft Council Playing with Dimensions touring exhibition. She holds juried marketing status with the Saskatchewan Craft Council and is currently enrolled in the judging certification program for the Canadian Quilters Association. |
